Shrish Pathak has been internationally active for innovations in education. He has visited Thailand , England, Scotland, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Indonesia and Bali. During his latest visit to England and Scotland he shared his innovative ideas with the students and teachers of Ladymount Catholic School, Wirral and Gayton Primary School, Heswell, UK. His innovative practices were highly appreciated by all participants and schools.

He is one of the most important pillars of Child Guidance Clinic and Institute for Gifted Children, the brain child projects of renowned Educationist Dr.Prabhat Kaushik.

Shrish Pathak is a highly effective teachers’ and students’ motivator. He has also worked as Director, International Edcons, Gurgaon. He has dedicated his complete life and resources to protect, educate, elevate and care needy children through not for profit trust VIDYATREE FOUNDATION (Regd.).

Shrish Pathak has been Working as a catalyst and Social Activist Under the banner of Rotary International since 2006. With his passion to serve the society, he joined as member of Rotary Club of Haldwani Distt.3110 in 2006 July, during his membership he did many projects for the Underprivileged Society, Natural Disaster & Orphan Children, Blood Donation Camp, Eye Camp, Free of Cost Cataract Operation and Tree Plantation Programmes, he actively participated in Eradication of Polio through Pulse Polio Programme initiated by Rotary International.

He worked as Secretary , Rotary Club of Haldwani (Nainital) 2009-11. In his 2 years tenure as secretary he changed the working strategies, Planning and also developed fast IT based communication with the members and for the underprivileged sections of the society.

As President (2011-12 ), Rotary Club of Haldwani , he elevated Rotary Club Haldwani to a respectable position in the society. In his leadership club did many projects for the underprivileged society ,Orphan children,& Differently Abled Children, with the mission of “Save Environment” project of Plantation ,Eye Camp, Blood Donation Camp ,Free Health Checkup camp ,Free Medicines & Spectacles were distributed in the camps, under his leadership. He also donated Rs.1.25 lacs to National Association for Blind School Golapar Haldwani. Separate Toilet & Drinking Water Block for Girls and Boys were constructed in Ambedkar School Damuadunga Kathgodam Haldwani through matching grant of Rotary International.

Shrish Pathak was also appointed as District Coordinator Pulse Polio in 2012-13.

Awarded by Rotary International with title of Paul Harris Fellow.

Rotary Club Trainer in 2013-14 worked as Motivator to Motivate the members to serve the society. Currently Working with Rotary International on the Project of T-E-A-C-H. Programme South Asia Literacy Mission. He is working for RILM, Rotary India Literacy Mission to ensure :

• That every child in India goes to school.
• That each school is a “Happy School”.
• That each school teacher is well trained and her/his skills are continuously upgraded using modern technology.
• That each student gets to see, hear, read and use high class learning material that helps her/him understand ,questions and find answers.
• That each deprived child gets the same opportunity of education as her/his affluent friend.
• That each adult acquires literacy, joins the formal stream and earns her/his living with honour.

That each child or adult we help gets the confidence to make her/his own future and India’s future too. He is also involved in Developing Leadership skill in the school & college children through Interact Club and Rotary Club under the banner of Rotary International

Assistant Governor District 3110 (2017-18) District Secretary Communication Net/IT-2018-19 District Secretary Foundation (Bareilly Zone) ( 2021-22).  Currently serving as the President of Rotary Club Haldwani for session 2022-2023.
